M&AES was founded by its current Director, Mr Dumisani Khoza, a professional engineer with over 15years experience in the design and management of rural and urban infrastructure projects in RSA and surrounding SADC countries, particularly Transportation, Sanitation, Roads, Stormwater Management, Surface Water Management.

We have a team of professionals who are experts in their own fields of specialization and are dedicated to providing intelligent and sustainable engineering solutions to our private sector, public sector and mining sector clients.

Our team comprises of engineers whose combined experience spans the entire spectrum of services offered by the firm. Each design team is led by a professional engineer registered with ECSA, who is also responsible for ensuring strict adherence to industry standards, Best Management Practices (BMP’s) and our internal Quality Control and Quality Assurance systems.
